We are a skilled, strategic and supportive team that’s committed to client success!

Through my youth, I've played baseball at various levels with the highest being in the Inter-county baseball league for the Waterloo Tigers. I grew up in a time where YouTube and social media didn't exist, so young athletes were left to their own devices to figure out how to throw hard and accurately. This often left players (myself included) with sore/hurt arms and no understanding as to why or how to fix it. I was lucky enough to be introduced to a pitching instructor that helped me understand how to achieve a safe arm path and in turn I was able to throw even harder with no pain.

Fast forward to now, social media is prevalent and there's a YouTube video showing every pitcher our kids idolize throwing in slow motion, but the same problems still exist. Athletes focus on certain aspects of a pitchers delivery without understanding the full mechanic.

Unlocking Pitching Potential: Building Safe, Powerful Arms for Young Athletes

As I transitioned from player to coach and my son started playing Rep baseball for the Scarborough Stingers, I dedicated myself to learning every aspect of the kinetic chain used for pitching and how to efficiently and effectively get a player to use their body to generate speed and accuracy through mechanics.

My main goal in working with young athletes is to share my knowledge and experience in order to help them achieve their full potential and reach their goals while developing safe habits and preserving their arm for a long baseball career.
